Carrot soup

Ingredients

2lb carrots
1lb potatoes
1tsp butter
garlic
1/2 onion
1cup rice
greens
heavy whipping cream or milk
salt to taste

Equipment

cutting board
knife
large pot
spoons

    Directions

    1.  in butter. Add diced onions and cook until golden.
    2. Add cut up carrots and cream and cook them a little.
    3. Using a blender blend carrots.
    4. Add potatoes and rice and cook until done.
    5. Add salt and greens.
    6. Enjoy!
