Carrot Soup
Ingredients
2lb carrots
1lb potatoes
1tsp butter
garlic
1/2 onion
1cup rice
greens
heavy whipping cream or milk
salt to taste

cutting board
knife
large pot
spoons
- Directions
- in butter. Add diced onions and cook until golden.
- Add cut up carrots and cream and cook them a little.
- Using a blender blend carrots.
- Add potatoes and rice and cook until done.
- Add salt and greens.
- Enjoy!
